Continuing to Keep Everyone Safe!

Face coverings will NOT be required to enter the offices of ClientFirst.

Although the mask mandate has been relaxed significantly, many safety protocols and procedures will remain in place for the foreseeable future.


ClientFirst Behavioral Health is committed to continuing to provide safe mental health care during the later stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. All staff have been trained on safe practices to protect both the employees and the clients. We have and will continue to implement procedures based on the current recommendations of the CDC and NCDHHS. These procedures include:

  1. We will continue offering Tele-Medicine, Tele-Psyche, and Tele-Therapy for approved insurance carriers through June 30th, 2022 (This may be extended by the magor carriers). Clients can receive one-on-one therapy sessions from the comfort and safety of their own home using a variety of computer or telephone based methods. These sessions are approved by Blue Cross, Aetna, Tricare, Medcost, United Health Care, Cygna, Medicare, Medicaid and IPRS.

  2. Implementation of a new patient check-in process:

    • New clients are still encouraged to download and complete the "New Patient Packet" prior to their appointment time if possible.

    • A limited, albeit larger, number of Clients will be allowed in the waiting room.

  3. Twice daily disinfection of all common areas and contact surfaces.

  4. Continued posting of warnings for clients to self-evaluate their health situation prior to entering the building.

  5. Although masks are not required of clients in the main lobby, SOME Therapists or Psychiatrists MAY require their use during your session. Please check with the receptionist for details.

  6. Utilizing teleconferences for department or company meetings where appropriate.

  7. Requiring the use of hand sanitizer and/or hand washing for everyone entering the lobby.

These procedures may delay your visit slightly but we sincerely hope everyone understands why they are necessary. We appreciate your understanding during this period.

New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
